The Old Forge School District will hold physical exams for any student-athlete, grades 7 thru 12 participating in a varsity or junior high sport on Tuesday, July 28 from 9 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. in the high school training room. Team physician Dr. Armando Sallavanti will administer the exams. PIAA Physical Packets are available on this page in the links before or in the high school office. Student-athletes are asked to report to the high school gym 10 minutes before their schedule times.

9:00 AM – Football – Varsity & Jr. Hi

9:30 AM – Boys Soccer – Varsity & Jr. Hi

10:00 AM – Girls Soccer – Varsity & Jr. Hi

10:30 AM – Cross Country & Golf

11:15 AM – Cheer, Band & Marching Units

11:45 AM – Winter & Spring Sports

All student-athletes are required to have a pre-participation physical completed prior to the start of the season. The district will setup a schedule for our district physician to conduct physicals at the school. You can have your personal physician complete the physical if you desire.
