Dear Old Forge Jr./Sr. High School Community

I am so excited to have completed my first year with the Old Forge School District; I am even more excited to begin the 2023-2034 school year!  Both the high school and the elementary school are still under construction; however,  I am confident that the renovations will be worth the wait!

**Our first day of school is Thursday, September 7 for all students.  Jr./Sr. High School students are reminded that they must be in their first period class by 8:05 am or they will be considered tardy. **

As always, my commitment to Old Forge Jr./Sr. High School is to provide a safe, positive, intellectual learning environment that will empower students to become creative problem solvers, critical thinkers, and inspired learners.  Blue Devils, I, again, encourage you to do the following to ensure that you have a successful experience during this school year.

-Communicate with others in a respectful and meaningful way.

-Pose questions, examine possibilities, and challenge yourself to find responsible solutions.

-Surround yourself with positive people who will encourage you to be your best self.

-Make thorough decisions that benefit your physical and mental wellness.

-Contribute to our school community in a collaborative, respectful manner.

**I will continue to work with my fellow district administrators, faculty, and staff to make necessary, educational decisions that will strengthen academic experiences for our students. **

I am looking forward to another productive and successful school year! I know that I will remain “Blue Devil Proud” every day! 💙💛
